Who you are buying from

When you order through this site, your contract is with Dr William Zabihi, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Email hello@how.house.

Orders and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time you place the order. Your card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store the full card number.

Shipping

We ship from the UK. Delivery times depend on destination and service. Tracking is provided where available.

Returns and refunds

Under UK consumer law you have 14 days from the day you receive an item to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. The item must be unused and in resaleable condition. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping is your cost unless the item is faulty or wrongly described.

Faulty or wrongly described items

If something arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, write to hello@how.house and we will sort it out. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.

Limits of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the item.

Trade mark

The word HOW and the HOW wordmark are the subject of UK trade mark application UK00004373208.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
